How can I be sure that I am ordering the right item?

Please use the original manufacturer number of your existing (old) injectors as a guide when ordering. You can also contact us if you need help.

Are other spare parts sent with the injectors?

All necessary spare parts such as seals etc. are already supplied integrated on the injectors. If the screws and copper sealing rings can be seen in the preview images, these will also be included in the delivery.

How do I obtain the test reports?

The corresponding test reports are included in the package with your order.

Which languages can I be supported by?

We are happy to provide you with written and verbal advice from our qualified English, French and German-speaking staff.

We offer written support in other languages.

Why do I have to pay the deposit?

This is only a guarantee payment, which serves to ensure that you return your old parts to us on time. After your old parts have arrived at our warehouse, you will be refunded your deposit using the same payment source.

What payment methods are available for the deposit?

You can pay either by PayPal, credit card or bank transfer.

How long is the payment period for the deposit?

You must pay your deposit within 7 days of receiving your order. If this 7-day period is exceeded, the order will be automatically cancelled.

Is the deposit amount of €50 per item or per set?

The deposit amount of €50 applies to each piece.

Can I send my old parts without paying the deposit?

Unfortunately, this is not possible. You must first pay the deposit so that your order can be dispatched. Old parts that are sent in advance cannot be accepted and will be returned to the sender immediately after receipt of the goods.

What should I bear in mind when paying the deposit?

You will receive a notification about the payment details via the e-mail address ‘info@dieselfixneuss.com’. You must follow these when paying by PayPal, credit card and bank transfer. For all payment methods, you must provide your username and order number so that we can correctly allocate the payment.

Which shipping company is used for shipping?

We ship with UPS and GLS.

When will my order be dispatched?

We dispatch on the same day after receipt of payment of the deposit.

How long will it take until I receive my order?

Delivery within Germany takes 1-2 working days. For the remaining European countries on average 2-3 working days and outside Europe 3-4 working days.

Is on-site collection possible?

Unfortunately, collection from our warehouse is not possible. We only work with a shipping system.

RETURN OF OLD PARTS

How long is the deadline for returning old parts?

You must dispatch your old parts within one month of the purchase date at the latest. If you need more time, you must inform us in good time so that we can extend your deadline by a maximum of one additional month.

How do I send my old part back?

You will receive a deposit slip in the parcel with your order. Please return your old parts to us together with this completed deposit slip at your expense.

Can I hand over my old parts to the courier who delivers my order?

Unfortunately, this is not possible. Since the shipping costs are at your expense, you can choose the shipping company in your favour.

RIGHT OF CANCELLATION

How long do I have the right to return unused goods?

According to our General Terms and Conditions, you have the right to return the unused goods (e.g. incorrect order, change of mind, cancellation of the purchase contract, etc.) within 14 days of invoicing.

Can I return the goods even if they have been used?

If the goods show quality defects within the warranty period and this can be proven by the requested error logs etc., it is possible to return the goods even if you have used them. In such cases, we can offer you a refund or a replacement if we have it in stock. In order for us to be able to help you further, you must inform us of your concern or complaint in writing by message or email.

Who bears the shipping costs for the complaint?

You will receive a return label from UPS, which you can use to return the returned goods to us free of charge.

How long does it take to refund the purchase amount?

Depending on your payment source, it may take a few days for the payment to appear in your account. We will process the refund as soon as the returned goods have arrived in our warehouse.
