Step 1

You are buying a deposit item from us, such as an injection nozzle.

Step 2

First pay only the purchase amount. You can then transfer the amount paid to the bank. We will be happy to pass on the bank details to you.

Step 3

Together with the delivery of your ordered item you will receive a goods return note. The return address etc. is all labelled.

Step 4

You send your old part back to us with sufficient postage together with the completed goods return note. The shipping costs for the return of the old part must be borne by the customer. The old parts must be returned to us within 15 days of receipt of the order.

Step 5

Once we have received your old part, you will usually receive your deposit back within 4-5 working days. We are not able to refund the installation/removal costs or any additional costs.
